Just Tiling was formed in June 1998, with a view from the two Directors, Christine and Michael Dunning, that there must be a way of running a business within the construction industry that truly cared about its customer service.

Christine's background was in Credit Management and Customer Service and Mike had worked for many years in construction and had attained a first class honours degree in surveying. They both believed that communication with clients was key to success. It was a “standing start” so to begin with all they had was their belief in themselves. They were awarded their first contract in August 1998. From there they grew from just one fixer on their books to 25 fixers. They have surrounded themselves with support staff who are as committed to the companies mission statement as they are!

A success story which came about because of their vision and determination to offer good quality customer service. 
  
Mike says “Our reputation is paramount to us and good customer service is the only guarantee of a good reputation.”  

Christine says “We are really committed to customer care and seek feedback on a regular basis – if we get an average score (thankfully that doesn’t happen very often) we are always disappointed….we want to be recognised as being better than the rest – honest and clear communication is the key to that.”
